Southeastern Spine | Dr. Jay Jolley

One of the best places I have been to. Dr. Jolly and his staff did everything they could to ease my pain. I wasn't rushed and I knew they understood my hardship. He actually lifted my spirits after our handshake and told me to be proud of what I've made it through. Man to man, I appreciate you. And all your staff. The entire staff from the time you sign in with the ladies are helpful, fun & professional at the same time. Personable, very caring, very professional. Dr. Jolley is amazing. He's a seriously smart doctor. He's done a few procedures on me and I trust him extremely to help me feel better. Dr. Rebecca is super soft spoken and explains everything so you know what's happening. Kate, the awesome X-ray tech, makes serious issues feel manageable. I saw Jessica for a similar problem that I had in 2021. She is thorough. She explained what was going on using the X-rays that were taken and the models that she has. We discussed options for treatment and set up a plan for moving forward. I really appreciate their way of approaching treatment.

Jessica Scott is amazing. She listens and is caring. She goes above and beyond to help me. I feel blessed to have her on my side. If you are looking for an excellent team of doctors, I highly recommend Southeastern Spine. Dr. Jolley and his team are the best. Dr. Jolley is the best of the best when it comes to spine surgery. He performed a C4-C7 spinal fusion and is now doing a spinal nerve ablation on my L2, L3, and L4. Another surgeon did a fusion of L4-L5 and I will never go back there again.

My first visit to the office. All the staff were so welcoming from reception to being seen by the PA, Rebecca Payne. Being a receptionist for over 20 years, one of my biggest pet peeves is not feeling welcomed to the office or any kind of business. The ladies at Southeastern Spine were wonderful. Happy smiles and happy voices go a long way and may even help a patient feel “seen.”

I always have a good experience when going to Southeastern Spine. Dr Jolley did surgery on my cervical spine a few months ago and it is healing nicely. I usually see the nurse practitioner, Jessica Scott, for office appointments, and she is just wonderful! She is very professional and caring and listens to my concerns. Really enjoy this practice and going to my appointments. Everyone starting from the front staff, medical assistant/nurse, to the Physician Assistant Jessica was amazing. They were all so kind and explained in detail what was going on and they really try to get to the bottom of your issue. I would highly recommend this practice. I've been seeing Dr. Jolley and PA Jessica Scott since 2012 for my neck and back condition. They have always tried treatments that do not involve surgery and have done surgery when those treatments have not worked. The staff there are always friendly and do their best to assist when there are questions also.

Dr Jolley and his staff are nothing short of amazing. After being bedridden for 2 weeks going to the ER two separate times with no relief to pain and having to crawl from my bedroom to the bathroom and anywhere in my house that I wanted to go. I was finally able to get in to see Dr Jolley and his team. Within 10 minutes of looking at my MRI they already had the plan to admit me to the hospital and schedule me for spine surgery the next day. I had a micro-discectomy performed on my lower spine. Dr Jolley performed my surgery in just a few hours. That night after a few hours in recovery I was able to walk to the restroom and stand (something I couldn't do previously) my pain went from 15 to 3-4 in just a few hours time. The feeling has returned to my leg and toes and I was able to walk into my own home after being discharged today. I wish I could give more than 5 stars
